Rescue Ride

Our Rescue Ride Program takes dogs from overcrowded rural shelters and transports them to facilities in large, municipal areas where adoptive homes await.

This creative approach saves lives and gives hope to dogs who would otherwise have little or no chance for adoption. Contact our Transport Coordinator to find out how you can help to support this worthy endeavor.

Rescue Ride is made possible by a start-up grant from the Pedigree Foundation, but with community support LCHS is hoping to expand the program to rescue hundreds of dogs every year.
